I am fascinated by people—our resilience through challenges, our seemingly unbounded imagination, and our vast capacity for generosity. Like the Opal gemstone, I believe every person has a brilliant mix of strengths and values that occur only in themselves and are impossible to reproduce.
I’ve had the fortunate experience of having powerful coaching that helped me learn more about myself and my ability to meet challenges and crossroads with confidence. I’ve crafted a life I used to only dream of, overcoming challenges from addiction to chronic illnesses and navigating a male-dominated career as a female executive. I wanted to pass on what I received, so I made coaching my career focus.
I enjoy helping people maximize their full potential, and I am a consummate learner. While I have been a coach in the technology sector for over two decades, helping to guide digital transformations and drive upskilling and engagement, I continue to grow my strengths as a professional coach. I have recently completed the intensive requirements of the International Coaching Federation, the premier coaching organization in the world, and earned my ACC coaching license.
