With decades of experience coaching professionals in various roles, I help individuals navigate complexity, regardless of the environment in which they operate.
I’m not only a professionally certified coach, I’m also a transformation leader with a track record of delivering results. I’ve led multimillion-dollar initiatives, built and scaled global programs, and coached executives through large-scale organizational change. Leaders hire me because I’ve walked the path they’re on, from the boardroom to the team room. People trust me because my life journey of personal resilience is reflected in my coaching, empathy, and fresh insights.
I’ve always been fascinated by people—by our resilience in the face of challenges, our limitless imagination, and our deep capacity for generosity. Like the opal gemstone, I believe each person carries a one-of-a-kind brilliance: a unique mix of strengths, values, and potential that can’t be replicated.
My own path has shaped the way I coach. I’ve navigated the complexities of chronic illness and addiction, broken barriers in male-dominated industries, and crafted a life that once felt out of reach. Along the way, I received transformational coaching that helped me gain clarity, confidence, and direction. It inspired me to do the same for others.
For over 20 years, I’ve coached leaders and teams through change, guiding digital transformation efforts and helping people grow, adapt, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Today, I bring that same experience and empathy to my work as a professional coach. I hold the Professional Coaching Credential (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard for professional coaching, and continue to deepen my practice through ongoing learning and mentorship.
