Invest in your people with individual, group, and leadership coaching. All coaching is conducted virtually, reducing the cost and disruption of travel. A master facilitator conducts group sessions, employing adult learning concepts to keep participants actively engaged and accountable. (In-person workshops can be scheduled if desired.)

Executive Coaching
The past year brought a number of significant professional challenges. Working with Julie not only helped me navigate these difficulties and build and sustain my resilience, but also enabled meaningful growth in how I lead and show up at work. Whether it was learning to delegate and empower my team, managing complex relationships, or facing a difficult career transition, Julie supported me in shifting my mindset, behaviors, and habits in ways that have had lasting impact.
If I had to choose one word to describe Julie, it would be “wise”. She combines warmth and empathy with the courage to challenge my thinking and broaden my perspective. I’ve taken away a deeper insight about myself from every session, and I can say with confidence that I’m a stronger, more effective leader because of our work together.

Strategic Planning & Accountability
Preserve the ‘Burg is a St Petersburg, Florida not-for-profit that has rapidly evolved from a small, grass roots organization to a significant influential professional and well-funded organization. We have undertaken several strategic planning exercises that took a lot of time and did not produce meaningful results. Our group was very skeptical. Being an all-volunteer not-for-profit provides unique challenges to a group’s ability to execute. We really needed to be led and the leader had to be a strong, agile, servant leader.
Julee Everett was able to quickly integrate with the group, overcome obstacles, and within a few short sessions had the group focused: clarifying tactics, measuring results and actually getting things done! Most importantly she had the group energized. She gently led from the back, shepherding the group to measurable and meaningful outcomes.
Our group learned how to bring in new ideas to solve problems, clarify the desired outcome, and take ownership. Our new framework broadened the number of people who were participating and provided everyone accountability. It bred a palpable excitement in the group. We look forward to Julee’s continued leadership.

Innovation Workshop & Innovation Gym
Julee facilitated her Innovation workshop with our Product Engineering executives. She led our leadership team in brainstorming new ideas without overthinking the whole product. We were able to create a whole new product that ties core capabilities across our products, ensuring we can strengthen our market presence. To keep our Innovation muscle flexed, we hold an Innovation Gym once a quarter, where teams can focus on Innovative ideas.
